City Council Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to present the SOI Specific Plan to the City Council and review the proposed project scope, schedule, and public engagement strategy. Staff and the consultant team will outline the work program, major milestones, and planned community outreach, and will share a summary of feedback received from the Planning Commission on November 9. The meeting will also serve to gather preliminary feedback from Councilmembers on project goals, policy direction, and engagement priorities. Council input will guide the next phase of work and help ensure the process reflects community and City objectives.
