Planning Commission Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the SOI Specific Plan to the Planning Commission and review the proposed project scope, schedule, and public engagement strategy. Staff and the consultant team will present an overview of the work program, key milestones, and planned outreach activities. The meeting will also serve to gather preliminary feedback from Planning Commissioners on project priorities, land use and design considerations, and opportunities to strengthen community participation. Input received will help refine the approach before the item is presented to the City Council.
